Expert Legal Services for Your Business

Two professionals in a legal consultation with folded hands and scales of justice.

Corporate & Business Litigation

We specialize in commercial litigation, addressing various business disputes including partnership and shareholder disputes, business torts, and employment disputes. Our services also encompass contract drafting and dispute resolution, providing counsel to closely held corporations and small businesses while navigating real estate litigation when necessary.

Employment Law

Employment disputes often lead to business disputes, including claims related to wrongful termination and issues surrounding restrictive covenants and non-compete agreements. These matters can escalate into civil litigation or commercial litigation, particularly in cases involving real estate litigation.

Trusts, Wills & Estates Litigation

Trusts and estate disputes can often lead to complex litigation, including will contests and related civil litigation. These matters may overlap with various types of business disputes, especially when they involve commercial litigation or real estate litigation, and can even touch upon employment disputes.

Litigation, Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

We handle complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts, focusing on various types of business disputes, including commercial litigation and employment disputes. Our expertise extends to real estate litigation and property-related issues, where we develop pre-suit strategies and conduct thorough risk assessments. Additionally, we offer alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options, such as mediation and arbitration proceedings, to resolve conflicts efficiently. We also assist in the enforcement of judgments and arbitration awards.

Real Estate & Landlord-Tenant Law

We handle residential and commercial landlord-tenant litigation, including lease disputes, nonpayment, and holdover proceedings. Our expertise extends to real estate litigation, covering contractual and transactional matters. We provide representation in civil litigation, including Supreme and Civil Courts throughout NYC and Long Island, addressing various business disputes and employment disputes.

Civil Rights Law

Constitutional rights violations can lead to significant civil litigation, particularly in cases involving discrimination claims related to employment disputes, housing, and public accommodations. Additionally, issues surrounding due process and equal protection claims often arise within the context of commercial litigation. Furthermore, government and municipal liability litigation matters may also intersect with various business disputes, especially in real estate litigation.

Appellate Litigation

Appeals in New York State and federal courts involve various aspects such as brief writing and oral argument, particularly relevant in cases of business disputes and civil litigation. Appellate strategy and issue preservation are crucial for effective outcomes in both commercial litigation and employment disputes. Additionally, we handle motions for stays and emergency relief, as well as the enforcement or defense of appellate rulings related to real estate litigation and government or municipal liability litigation matters.
